CONSER LAND SURVEYING, was founded in 1999 by Michael W. Conser, PLS 6058 (deceased Nov. 2008). Michael W. Conser came to Lake County with the desire to build a small professional firm that provided Land Solutions Services for the people of Lake County and outlying areas. With great pride and integrity, Michael W. Conser spent the following years putting together a team of professional's to assist him in his buisness venture. The firm was purchased midway through 2008 by his son, Michael S. Conser. Today, we take great pride in continuing to operate the firm in the same professional manner as he did, building a professional business, one client at a time.

Michael S. Conser has 18 years of surveying experience, he was previously employed by, now the current owner of, Conser Land Surveying. Mike has spent the last 14 years surveying primarily in Lake County and outlying areas. Prior to practicing here in Lake County he spent 2 years with Stantec Inc. in Reno, Nevada. 1 year of which he spent providing surveying services for the construction of the new Crusher, Reclaim Tunnel, and Ag Mill for Round Mountain Gold Company while living onsite. Like his father, Mike provides services with Integrity and Professionalism, thus having a strong reputation in the business community.

Stephen J. Bellah

Steve Bellah joined our firm in 2001, relocating to Lake County from Las Vegas, Nevada. Previously a Survey Department Manager for Stantec in their Las Vegas office, Steve has posessed a Nevada PLS license since 1998, and is currently preparing to test for licensure in California. With over 35 years of experience, Steve has extensive knowledge of the surveying profession, which compliments his project management here with Conser Land Surveying.
